On-page, technical and content SEO

Website SEO: traffic that grows even when you pay nothing.

Website SEO builds organic traffic that works all year and only gets stronger over time. The rankings you earn stay yours, so every month you get visitors from Google without paying per click.

What SEO does for your website

When someone searches Google for an answer or a service, almost everyone clicks one of the first few results. SEO is the work that brings your site among them, for the phrases your customers actually type when they are ready to enquire or buy.

The work happens in three layers. The technical part makes sure Google can read and understand the site quickly, the on-page part arranges titles, copy and internal links around the right phrases, and content and authority give Google a reason to put you ahead of others.

Results grow gradually and they last. Technical fixes work almost immediately, while ranking movement is usually measured in months. In return you get traffic that stays after you stop paying for ads, and a well structured site also gets into Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT answers more easily.

Who website SEO is for

  • businesses whose site exists but brings few enquiries
  • online stores that want more traffic to categories and products
  • services customers research before deciding
  • businesses that want to depend less on paid ads
  • sites after a redesign or a move to a new platform

Three layers of optimization

Three layers of work that move rankings together.

Content, technical work and authority build on each other, and the result is a ranking that holds.

  1. 01

    On-page SEO

Titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links arranged around the phrases your customers actually type into the search box, with copy that still reads naturally.

  2. 02

    Technical SEO

Load speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile behaviour and structured data, everything Google quietly rewards and that makes the site easy to read.

  3. 03

    Content and authority

Keyword research, a content plan that meets the customer at every stage of the decision, and links from relevant sites, fully within Google's rules.

From audit to a site Google is happy to show.

Six parts of the work, each with its own measurable outcome.

  • SEO audit

A detailed review of your site, competitors and current rankings, so you get a clear picture of where we start and what brings the biggest gain.

  • Keyword selection

Phrases with both enough searches and buying intent, because those are the ones that end up bringing enquiries.

  • On-page optimization

Each page built around its own group of phrases, with a title, description and copy that answer the visitor's question.

  • Technical optimization

Speed, mobile display, indexing and structured data set up according to Google's guidelines.

  • Content plan

Blog topics and new pages chosen from real searches, so every piece of content has a clear goal.

  • Authority building

Links from relevant Croatian sites and directories, with a monthly report on rankings, traffic and enquiries.

What working on SEO together looks like.

First we fix what holds the site back the most, then we build content and authority month by month.

  1. Free review

I look at your site, rankings and competitors, and on a 30 minute call I show you where the biggest opportunity for traffic growth is.

  2. Audit and plan

I run a detailed audit and list the priorities. I need access to the site, Google Search Console and Analytics, and if you do not have them, I set them up.

  3. Execution and reports

I handle the technical items, optimize the pages and build content, and every month you get a report with rankings, traffic and enquiries.

I was sceptical at first, but after the first 90 days I noticed more enquiries and more calls. Since then it has only got better and I have more work than ever.

NoelCar mechanic, Rijeka

I had no idea about ranking on Google. I felt the difference in the second week, and now I am number one in my city.

Tea MikulićSalon owner, Split

For years I paid for ads and always worried whether there would be work next month. Since we reached the top of Google that worry is gone, customers come on their own.

Damir ŠimićPlumber, Rijeka

I knew how much Google is worth for new clients, but I had neither the time nor the know-how. Matija did it all for me and the results show, I no longer rely only on referrals.

KristinaPhysiotherapist, Zagreb

I can't believe how fast it went. In two months we jumped from 31st to 2nd place, the phone keeps ringing and I had to hire a new worker.

Questions before we start.

If your question is not here, ask me directly on a free call.

How long before I see progress?

Technical fixes work almost immediately, while ranking movement is usually measured in months, depending on how competitive your keywords are. You get a report every month, so you follow progress from the start.

What is the difference between website SEO and local SEO?

Local SEO focuses on your Google Business Profile and the map, while website SEO focuses on your site and the organic results below the map. For local businesses I usually recommend both, because they strengthen each other.

Do you also redesign the site if needed?

Where needed I suggest specific changes, and this service covers optimizing the site you already have. For a completely new site there is a separate service, with SEO foundations built in from day one.

How do you choose keywords?

I start from what your customers actually type into the search box, then choose phrases by the intent behind them, search volume and how realistically you can rank.

Is link building safe?

Yes, when it is done properly. I build links from relevant sites and directories, with no bought packages or automation, fully within the rules Google sets.

Do I have to write a blog?

You do not have to write it yourself. I put together the content plan and can write the articles in your tone, with your review before publishing.
